What's up friends? Jamie Grace here and welcome to episode 9 of the book of proverbs, the study that we're doing on the book of proverbs today were going to be in proverbs 9. I've gotten quite a bit of questions these last few weeks, rightfully so, asking when the series was going to come back to the

Jamie Grace podcast. And if you have seen on Twitter, I did try to post on Twitter, I'll let you guys know.

But yeah, this Sunday today as you're listening

the podcast is is back and I'm really excited to jump into Proverbs 9. The reason why

there have been occasional times here and there where I haven't been able to post or

do the Proverbs series is because when I do this series and I cover this a little bit in

this last random American Idol recap episode but when I cover the

series I usually have at least two Bibles right now I have four but I'm I think I'm only going to use two

for this for this episode.

and then I spend quite a bit of time like researching the stuff to make sure

like that I'm making sense to make sure I'm understanding the things that I'm

sharing with you all and then also like others a lot of times

where I'll even stop in the middle of recording and I'll call a pastor or call a mentor

or do research through the other translations and other definitions to make sure that I'm really delivering like what I believe to be true and like the way that I'm interpreting things as opposed to just like rambling or giving a recap on something or a view on something you know and

so I do that also with my advice episodes but it's a lot different because this to me like I just

hold the Bible to like a much higher standard than like

advice episodes or show recap episodes or anything like that and I definitely

encourage you guys to always do research on your own but I just want to make sure that what I'm sharing

with you all is not just something that I can throw together or like do really fast, like some

other episodes I might be able to do at a much faster pace.

So if I'm not able to really commit and give you guys like a full episode or I'm really

studying the word of God then I just simply won't do it because I'd rather give you guys like, I'd rather
