talking about your self image. Your self image is so important because the results that

you're getting will always be rooted in your self image the way that you see yourself.

be pulling out a couple things. And this is from, has anyone ever heard of Maxwell Maltz?

He wrote one of the first ever books on self image called Psycho Cybernetics. Anyone

heard of that book? Psycho Cybernetics. Maxwell Maltz was a plastic surgeon and he would

do these major, he was a famous one too. And he would do these major reconstructive surgeries

on people and literally make them into a totally new looking person. Reconstruct someone's

nose, change their whole face, these edited who they were, and then he would change them.

And they'd be like this gorgeous thing that was the exact opposite of what they didn't

want to be anymore. And the surgery would end and they'd look in the mirror and they'd

say, I don't even look any different. I'm still arguing. My nose is still really big.

If their nose was totally different. So he started thinking, wow, this is bizarre. Why

is this happening? Why are people getting so angry? And he said people sometimes would

turn into violent rage. And he's like, why is this happening? This is bizarre. So he

started to think, well maybe there's an actual working image of a human being inside

of them. And if you don't change the inside image, it doesn't matter with the outer

appearances. It doesn't matter how good it looks. And that's an example of like I remember
