Now let's go to our conversation. A good property manager can make the difference between,

you know, make your performance go from good to great, essentially, or worse sometimes.

So it's a critical piece in the real estate investing space, especially if you're investing from out of state or out of your area. You don't have the option of saying, oh, I'm just going to

manage it myself. So it's critical to figure out a way, especially if you're going to try to

scale your portfolio, it's very hard to manage them all yourself anyway.

So the skill of finding a great property manager is very useful.

So I like frameworks and processes.

So I have a three-step process for this as well.
