Summary

Today’s topic is part two of our series on artificial intelligence — AI is your employee, not your boss. In this class, I break down why you still need to think for yourself even when AI gives you feedback. If you’re letting AI run the show, you're not the boss anymore, you're the worker. I also talk about how AI can either replace you or work for you, depending on how you use it. Plus, I introduce my Dre GPT chatbot and tell you how to get access Show Notes:  [00:36]#4 When you are using artificial intelligence, you are still required to think, interpret, discern, and decide what to do after receiving feedback from your help. [06:08]#5 Many people falsely believe that the emergence of AI means that you will not have to think as much or do as much because the AI will be doing the work for you. If you think that way you're going to be replaced.  [16:06]#6  If you put yourself in a position where AI can work completely independent of you, then in that space you become effectively unnecessary.  [22:38]Recap Next Steps: --- 🎓 Work On Your Game University: http://www.WorkOnYourGameUniversity.com  📧 Get Dre’s Emails FREE:  http://WorkOnMyGame.com  🤖 Use The FREE “Dre GTP 1.0” ChatBot: Https://www.DreAllDay.com/AI  📲 Text Dre Baldwin: Text Dre at 1.305.384.6894 (or go to http://www.DreAllDay.com/Text) 🟢 Sponsor: AG1 by Athletic Greens: http://drinkAG1.com/WORKONYOURGAME  💦 Sponsor: AquaTru - $100 Off Any Purifying Filter Http://WorkOnYourGame.com/AT 🎧 Free Audiobooks:  The Third Day: http://www.ThirdDayBook.com/audible The Mirror Of Motivation: http://www.MirrorOfMotivation.com/audible 📚 The Free Books: The Third Day: http://ThirdDayBook.com  The Mirror Of Motivation: http://MirrorOfMotivation.com The Sales Discipline System: http://SalesDisciplineBook.com  The Overseas Basketball Blueprint: http://BallOverseas.com  Basketball: How To Play As Well As You Practice: http://HoopHandbook.com/Free  💵 Support:  CashApp: http://Cash.app/$DreBaldwin  Be sure to Subscribe to have each new episode sent directly to you daily! One of the reason why the help is the help is because the help doesn't want the responsibility of full decision making.

0:05.5

So you have to ask yourself, do I want to be a boss or do I want to be the help?

Work on your game. Work on your game. Work on your game.

This is Drey Baldwin. You're listening to Work on your game. You didn't hear the intro to this series and thusly, you missed the explanation of why I'm talking about this and what specifically led to me laying out what I'm laying out here, then go back and listen to yesterday's masterclass.

If you did not catch it without further ado, then we are going to pick up right where we left off, which is on point four of this series one through three was in yesterday's episode number four when you are using artificial

required to think interpret discern and decide what to do after receiving feedback from your team, a i.e. your artificial intelligence.

0:57.6

I'm analogizing that to a team. So if you had a staff of people working for you and you have a

1:01.9

tough decision that needs to be made, you can take feedback from as many people in the room or as

1:06.9

many people on the team as you wish. You can ask them for what they think. You can weigh everybody's opinions. You can brainstorm to get everyone's feedback on what could, should, or maybe

1:16.1

might be done. But ultimately, because you are the boss and only because you are the boss,

1:21.6

the ultimate decision still must be made by you. That's the way it works. When you are the

1:25.7

ultimate decision maker, you had to make the

1:27.8

ultimate decision. So one of the responsibilities of being a boss, folks, is final decisions

1:32.9

are made by you. And decision comes from the Latin word, decidete, which means to cut off,

1:37.7

dekeede, which means you cut off, cut off every other possibility. That's what a decision is.

1:42.2

And if everyone wanted that responsibility, then everyone will be in charge. Everybody's not in charge because most people do not want to have

1:48.3

to live with the responsibility of being a person who makes that final decision. That's why they are

1:53.4

willing to get behind you and you got to be willing to do it. So do not abdicate this responsibility.
