Coming at you with a killer episode today, you know, I hope you're ready to party party for this motivation Monday. It is going to be a wild one. We got some really fun questions. |
| 0:21.8 | You know, we're going to be talking about tips to maximize your sleep quality, |
| 0:25.4 | how to keep abs through the winter, best morning routines. And I know we got some really |
| 0:29.3 | fun things scheduled for thoughts and some killer quotes. So if you're new here, |
| 0:33.6 | thanks for tuning in. You know, our goal with this podcast is to help you to inspire others to be fitter, healthier, and happier in every single way. And I'm so excited to kind of jump into this one and do exactly that. So we're going to start out with Coach Kyle's quote. Let's get it. So my quote for this week, you know, as we always talk about gratitude and I've just been focusing on that a good chunk of my days now going forward |
| 0:54.9 | is if you woke up in your bed with food on the table a roof on a roof on the ceiling a heart |
| 1:01.3 | still beating consider this a blessing and you know I just uh yeah I came across that and I was just like |
| 1:06.7 | wow like I don't remember who shared it I think you know just someone that we follow had posted that i was like you know what i've got to take that i was like uh it just we can take so many things for granted but obviously you know just having a bed food on the table uh you know a roof a heart and whatnot it's just like we're so blessed in so many different ways and even like every uh single monday we actually start our meeting with some of our staff. |
| 1:27.7 | And we actually switched over our meeting structure to now say one thing we're grateful for. |
| 1:32.0 | So it's like pretty powerful because you actually have to sit down and like it's pretty easy for |
| 1:36.4 | me to come up with a bunch of things because I already do that in my morning gratitude journal. |
| 1:39.8 | But sometimes like even if you're not feeling the most fired up or you just feel a little bit |
| 1:43.7 | overwhelmed or you know, just try to make a coffee and literally it spills everywhere because you didn't put a mug there like something that I did recently uh you start to think and you're like wow there I mean there's so many things to be grateful for even the fact that I have this cool little machine that I was able to purchase and that I enjoy and like I mean once again just let's not take those small things for granted. And well, it seems small, but they're actually huge and appreciate everything we have around us. Yeah. And I think you can be really grounding even to spend some time and gratitude. You know, we've spoken before and we'll talk more of morning routines. Like, even me every day, I just look for three small things. I'm thankful for. And like, you know, sometimes just the silliest things it'll be like oh my red shirt that I love or something like just super random but even when you realize like all the small things you do have the blessings you have like it is that much more encouraging and you feel that much better about it and I think it's really easy to focus on what we don't have or what we want. |
| 2:53.1 | And, you know, when you can really just say, you know, wow, like I got a lot of things going for me. I have a lot of security. I feel really good. You know, we are very indeed fortunate. So I think that was a killer quote. And I'm really glad Kyle brought that one up. My quote for this week is from Confucius, the philosopher. and that is what he said is, a seed grows with no sound, |
| 2:55.3 | but a tree falls with a huge noise. |
| 2:58.1 | Destruction has noise, but creation is quiet. |
| 2:59.8 | This is the power of silence. |
| 3:00.8 | Grow silently. |
| 3:03.3 | And once again, this one's a little bit intense. Deep, dude. |
| 3:04.4 | Really deep. |
| 3:05.4 | But the reason I like this is I think it's super easy. |
