1:14.2 | Tracy, obviously we want to start off thinking all of our military and civil servants all over the world no matter which country you represent. |
1:23.2 | Thank you for everything you do for us every single day. |
1:27.2 | We do appreciate you all so much and we're praying for you guys and wish you could be home with your families this holiday season. |
1:36.2 | But just know that we think about you guys every day and thank you so much for protecting us. |

1:46.2 | That obviously leads in like it said you brought up holidays and this is that time of year what we'd like to bring up that it's a real struggle for a lot of people that are battling depression. |
1:57.2 | And holidays mean different things that different people some people are extremely excited about the holidays and it just really gives them an uptick in their personality. |
2:07.2 | But then for other people it's a reminder of who's not here or it's a reminder of things that have went wrong in the past or so many other different things that complicate our way of thinking. |
2:17.2 | With that being said we just want to remind people that you're not alone you're never alone even though you think you are you're never a burden even though sometimes you think you are. |
2:29.2 | And we want you to know that if you ever need to talk that we're available and our group is available. |
2:37.2 | And if that's something that you don't feel comfortable with some people just aren't I talked to somebody earlier today that's not comfortable with a big group of people even know what's a safe place they're just not comfortable with that. |
2:49.2 | If you want more of a one-on-one situation Tracy what can I do you can call 988 or you can take 741 741 and there's always somebody on the other end. |
3:02.2 | Ready to talk to you guys just listen to you or there to help so just please reach out to us okay you've got a lot of people that care about you. |
3:11.2 | And you know just please just won't give you our phone numbers if you want you can call us. |
3:16.2 | But just you know reach out don't hold it all in on yourself you'll feel better if you just talk and get it out. |
3:24.2 | Absolutely I can't tell you how many people we've talked to in the past that in the beginning stages were so desperate and desolate and convinced that there's no solution to whatever problem they're dealing with and then within a matter of a couple of weeks. |
