What is going on, everybody? Welcome to Talking Yanks. My name is John Boy and I got my co-host and best friend Jake Storelli.

James, I'm good. A lot of that information was tragically wrong, except the end part. I'm glad you remembered that. But I'm doing well, man.

Again, I came into this expectations with, again, health, the priority. I just wanted to get one game. Yanks decided to take three of them. Why not?

They decided to get the Red Sox GM president fired along the way. There's a little bonus points for him. But I'm doing well, man. I'm a dude. I had that know how you've been looking at a computer screen all day and things start going blurry or like you blink and you can see light and stuff.

You got to get the blue the glasses. I know. Well, I have that going on right now. So I was trying to write the burns like with my eyes closed. I kind of felt possessed.

So I didn't know if I needed like an ad villain or something. So I grabbed a couple of Bud lights. And I do have a little angle where I could see my Broncos playing right now. Right down 14 nothing. But that's kind of how they like to play when you're built on your defense and you can't score a lot.

But I'm doing generally well, man, busy times at Ridgemont high and 86 Beach or drive again, not my address. That's a Southbury address. But go knock on their door. How are you doing, James? I'm good. Long as day for us. Long as the talkin baseball this morning will laugh from the past pregame show.

This starting at 11 30 at night, long day, but fun worth it.

Yanks win, which makes it fun. And dude, there's a lot I like about this series besides like just the fact that they beat the Red Sox, which I get in like tips with people like, I don't the Red Sox were dead.

If you thought I've been trying to tell Jake, I was the death. No, it was on life support. No, it was not whatever. I don't want to like do this. It's it's all semantics, but my dad was like looking at me like, I don't know, Jim. I'm like, why scared they're dead. We killed him in August. There was zero chance. They do a thing. And baseball. That's why it's a beautiful sport. Baby anything can happen. Oh, my God. People are like, acting like the Red Sox are gods. They suck. They're done.

They've been dead since August. They died this weekend. And we, we delivered the final blow, which is always nice. Yeah, I got all that out in August. So I'm good. But the Yankees, there's a lot of news with injuries. There's a lot of news with returns. There's a lot of news and thoughts, Jake, and we're getting so close that I'm like, all right, we can start syncing our teeth into these bigger picture playoff conversations a little bit.

Voice mail apps coming out tomorrow. Get them in. My brother's going to intern Luke who's not an intern, but he's going to do them tomorrow. So get the voice mouse in. We'll talk about the game today. The game. We call them teenage teenage girl Luke now. What have we decided on teenage girl look. That's, I don't know if he will like that title. Okay. We'll see what about.

Luke. That's good. When there's a lot of that at Fenway. Is that what they were talking about at Fenway? When he played baseball, I call them mucus a lot. Yeah.

Yeah, punk. That's what I call him all time. But that's kind of a me and him thing. No one else. That is kind of mean. That's like an older brother thing. You get that pent up for years. And then you finally swing it in that one time.
