is part two of my interview with the simply wonderful and lovely Cory Forrester who I just adore.

Cory Forrester. You lived in New York for a year. You lived on, you had no money. You lived on

credit cards. When that, when that shit ran out, you went back home, right? Yeah. Yeah. Do you know

you know, John, you know, John Reap, the comedian. Yeah. The rape was a is still obviously, buddy,

in my mind, but I did a lot of shows with him in the South. And when I was about to move to New York,

I remember telling him, man, we were very, very drunk. We were, I think we're at the punchline in

Atlanta, like right before it, they switched rooms and I told him, I was like, buddy, I don't know,

I don't know how I'm gonna afford it in New York, though. Like, man, I can barely afford to live here.

And he's drunk. And he goes, dude, listen, I've been telling you your whole career, you're going to

fucking make it all right. You're going to be so he goes, just do it. Just do what I did. Just

fucking get a bunch of credit cards and just live your goddamn life. Right. Because that's what I did.

And then I got the him and commercial. And then I paid them other fuckers off. And I was fine.

So I listened to him, right? I go up there. I do all that shit. I run up all this fucking death.

Where'd you live? I lived first in Bushwick. And then I'll, then I almost stepped on my roommate's

heroin needle. And I was like, maybe not. And so I got out of there. And I, and then I moved to

Forest Hills, Queens. And Queens was definitely more my speed because it's like super working class.

Like I had to convince all these dudes in Woodside that they were red necks and it blew their fucking
