A queen also has a 'red velvet rope'; they know how to set boundaries and limit access to their life. This can mean saying no to people and events they don't want to participate in. A queen is someone who sets high standards for themselves and respects their own needs and wants. They understand that in order to achieve their goals, they must make sacrifices and push through the discomfort of change.

So that is crown jewel number one.

 

And every time you make a commitment to yourself and you don't show up for it, you are breaking trust with yourself.
