Sarah: Hi Dr Cabral, Thank you for your content and taking the time to answer my question! I have noticed improvements in my health with doing your detox and following the advice and protocols that you give. My question is about rosacea and any thoughts or tips to get rid of it. I haven't always had it, if popped up about 8 years ago. My lead level was high on my HMTA but I detoxed and got that level down to a safe range. I've tried eliminating all food sensitivities that were on my test. Tried doing the para protocol and working on my gut quite a bit, I've done your detox a few times etc. I have tried red light with infrared and without infrared (with infrared seems to make it worse). I have seen other improvements with my health with these interventions but am wondering what I could be missing?       
 
                                               
Eleazar: Hi there dr Cabral I am now a 21 year old male but last year when I was barley 20 years old I got a viral infection.im not sure what exact virus it was but at the time it seemed like any regular viral infection which everyone gets atleast once a year but around 1 week later I started to develop POTS and it hasn’t gone away what do u think could be the cause I have done my own research and it seems like it’s autoimmunity since it happened after a virus also 7 months prior I was also dealing with a lot of stomach issues especially nausea after eating literally most foods.if u have any info on this it would help thank you.    
 
                                                                                                                                          
Ann: Just listened to your coffee podcast – I listen every day while I do my exercise. I’m 70, 4’11”, active, 100 lbs. and discovered you about 18 months ago – I’m hooked!! I like my coffee first thing in the morning while I do my bible readings and meditation. I never had an issue but then you mentioned it could relate to thyroid issues which I have. (hypothyroidism) BUT I drink my coffee fairly weak, 1 tbsp in a large cup and only 1 cup a day, I put in a scoop of collagen and a tsp of raw honey, sometimes manuka, and a dash of salt. Does that make drinking coffee less harmful first thing in the morning? Also, have you any research on using hydrogen water for drops in eyes for dry eyes? PS i did the big 5 - still working on it :|    
 
                                                                                                                                                   
Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral -I have a friend whose 2 1/2 year old has always struggled to nap/sleep regularly. They've tried epsom salt baths, they don't let him watch TV much at all, especially from afternoon on. She is part of this community and follows your protocols, even with her son - eat clean with very little gluten, dairy, etc., use clean products for laundry, bathing, etc. The only thing I have thought about are EMF's. They have lots of Wi-Fi throughout the home, Google controlled lights, etc. and they work from home with lots of monitors, etc. I know you've talked about EMF's in the past, suggested EMF meters and products such as Somavedic. Would you recommend that for the toddler's bedroom? They have a baby monitor and wireless sound machine in the room. Other recommendations? Thank you!!        
 
                             
Jen: What are your thoughts on weighted vests?  Particularly for perimenopausal and menopausal women? I have seen many people talking about this to help with bone density.
