0:43.0	Today's story is called Jesus Feeds 5,000. And this comes from Matthew Chapter 14 versus 13 through 21,
0:47.0	and John Chapter 6, 1 through 15.
0:50.0	Let's begin our story.
0:55.0	One day Jesus received very sad news about John, a friend he loved dearly.
1:07.0	When Jesus heard what happened to his friend, he grew sad. Then climbed into a small wooden boat, pushed off from the grain
1:18.5	shore, and set off across the calm blue water. Jesus wanted to be alone. I'm sure his heart
1:30.7	was broken by the news of his friend and Jesus wanted a moment to be by himself.
1:40.3	The water breathed in and out, rocking gently back and forth across the wooden bow.
1:50.0	There as he gazed into the blue water, picturing his friend John, remembering the time they spent together, still and quiet.
2:08.0	Soon, however, people heard that Jesus was nearby. People started searching for him.
2:11.0	Coming from nearby towns and villages, they followed him, hoping to hear him preach
2:16.4	and perform miracles. They said,
2:20.5	Hey Rick, come on, didn't you hear?
2:24.0	Jesus, Jesus is headed that way, she said as she pointed.
2:29.0	If we leave now, maybe we will be able to see him.
