Frank Brea began his entrepreneurial career in the financial services technology sector. He worked

with several startups, some selling for hundreds of millions of

dollars and some crashing in flames. His experience includes helping some of the largest

corporations on four continents grow their businesses by making a real impact on their customers

and turning that into a scalable offering. He now turns that experience to the small business sector and works with consultants and other

experts to scale their businesses by productizing their expertise and scale.

He's the author of the book, Scale, How to Grow Your Business by Working Less.

He lives in Gilbert, Arizona, in the Phoenix area with his wife and three daughters.

Yeah, I love talking about this because I always get one eyebrow raised when I mention that to people.

But when we are entrepreneurs and we start a business, we sort of have this Maslow hierarchy of needs.

First, we just try to generate some cash.

But eventually we realize that if we don't structure our businesses appropriately,

what actually ends up happening is that

we've created for ourselves a job, not a business.
