I love Oprah.

I grew up watching her every week day at, I think 4pm.

I believe in her.

I believe that she wants me to be a better, more actualized person or whatever.

I've been thinking a lot about my interview with Natalie, the one with the Jin, and that

thinking may have triggered a sort of midlife crisis.

I feel torn between the life I've spent the last 38 years building and the one that I'm

actually meant to live.

I suspect that if I could just get the chipmunk chattering away in my mind constantly to shut

the fuck up for a second, I might find revelation there in the silence.

And I think that silence is screaming at me to stop.
