in the spring. I got some pretty unfortunate news from my doctor two weeks ago. I was having some

hip trouble, so he sent me for an MRI, thinking it was just some tendinitis.

Turns out, I have tears in both of my hips. He told me to stop running until I see an orthopedic surgeon.

The news from the surgeon was a hard pill to swallow. He said my hips are in pretty bad shape,
