Hey everyone welcome back to the living easy podcast this is Lindsay Myestus and

today we have part two of my dear friend Lindsay Barnesley's story about

her experience with postpartum psychosis. If you haven't had a chance to

listen to part one, please go back. It's just one episode before this one to

listen to part one so you can get caught up but as of now for today's

episode she's going to begin with her admittance in the psychiatric hospital and

she talks about her stay there, what led to that point,

and what types of hallucinations and experiences

she had while in the hospital.

episode for sharing it like you did and bringing awareness I cannot even tell you

the number of messages that I received saying one I had no idea that this

even existed and neither did I before hearing Lindsay's story or two I went

through something like this and it's never talked about. So thank you for sharing.

And so kudos to Lindsay for being brave and vulnerable in sharing and

kudos to all of you for sharing it and making others aware so that moms don't feel so alone.
