Before starting today's show, I'd like to announce a change in how I'm taking donations.

Your support is vital to this show, and though my operation is a small one,

library membership, servers and websites don't come free.

This is a listener-supported podcast, and so any donations that you can give will always be greatly appreciated.

Now, up till now, I've been taking donations directly via my website,

but I have been receiving some feedback asking if there was a way for people to give a small

monthly sum rather than one flat donation. Therefore, I set up an account on Patreon, a voluntary

subscription service that allows listeners to contribute directly to creators like myself.

You can either give a one-off amount just as before, or send in as little as one US dollar per

month. There are some perks, but really the main thing is that if I can raise enough money,
