What's going on everybody?

Welcome back to another episode of Trigger.

This is Triggeredips number 329. We're here on Thursday, November 18th. And of course, we are still waiting on the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. It has been... Four days? An unbelievable... I think this is the third day of deliberations, but it feels like 25. I know. Which, by the way... It's taken way too long. Not good for written house.

It's taken way too long. It's not good. Well, I think you could actually look at both sides of that. It could be holdouts on either side. I mean, they are asking good questions. There are, you know, the jury is asking for clarity on some of those self-defense questions, which yeah yeah, I agree, could be a good or bad thing.

But I think Will Chamberlain tweeted, he's like, you know, the fact that his defense team

tried to do a mistrial without prejudice kind of shows that they're kind of trying to get

ahead of this thing, maybe.

Yeah, I think that's a theory.

I think that's a baseless theory

that he really like is just throwing out there just like i threw out there just like i threw out the

theory yesterday that was totally wrong about them leaving early for the day and having the verdict

so yeah nobody knows what the fuck going on that's true everyone is just speculating we're just

speculating here so anything we'd say could be taken

with a grain assault. They didn't ask any questions today. It's been all deliberations today. That's good. You know, I don't know how the in the world it could possibly be taking this long, because it seems very clear cut. Like yesterday, when they asked three more, you know, three more questions, I'm like, yeah, there's no way this thing is coming out to yesterday.

Well, yesterday, then the defense team asked for mistrial with prejudice and without prejudice, like you said. Yeah. But the interesting thing is I thought those had to be ruled on, but the judge is actually holding him in his pocket. Yeah, yeah. And the judge said, I'm not ruling on those until we have a verdict.

Yeah.

Or a hung jury. Yeah. As our in-house lawyer, Marina Medved... Well, not in-house, but she writes for us. Marina Medvedant says about judges, it's good to be king. Yeah, I mean... It's good to be king. It's true. He can sit on them and he can do what as you do us.

But I also think the judge got scared by the media pressure too, which was not good.
