And we talked about the universal laws of prosperity.

And my favorite one is always the law of giving and receiving.

And I taught my class that, you know, the word affluence comes from the root word, the Latin word afflouer, which means to flow.

And so to be affluent means to flow with abundance.

But in order to have abundance, you have to participate in the flow.

You have to participate in the circulation of good.

We must give in order to receive.

That's how it works.

But most of us, we don't want to give.

We just want to receive.

And when that is the mentality, when we're not working with the law, when we're not participating in the flow, we have a hard time finding abundance.
