We take a look this week at the incredibly inspirational life of Helen Keller. She accomplished SO much despite completely losing her sight and ability to hear at the age of just 19 months. We also take a look back at what went on at Bad Magic in 2022 and what we hope to accomplish going forward.

0:21.0	But then after five years with very minimal communication abilities,
0:25.0	she met the young woman who would change her life forever.
0:27.0	Who would open life back up to her, really.
0:30.0	And Motherfucking Sullivan, who taught her the names of objects
0:33.0	by pressing a manual alphabet into her palm.
0:36.0	And was also once blind, or at least visually impaired,
0:39.0	and would go fully blind eventually.
0:41.0	And like Helen, she had had one hell of a childhood,
0:44.0	rougher than Helen's, in most ways, actually.
0:46.0	After a major breakthrough with Anne, the darkest around Helen lifted.
0:50.0	Not literally, she would still be blind, she would still be deaf.
0:53.0	But now she could truly communicate with the world around her.
0:56.0	And she would go on to do that so beautifully.
