Hey everyone, and welcome back to Big Mad True Crime, where we get Big Mad over True Crime.

I'm your host, Heather Ashley, and today's case is

out of killing Texas. Small talk sucks, so let's dive in. Ryan Sullivan grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he loved going to the gym,

hunting, and fishing. And two months after turning 18, he actually enlisted in the army because

of course he did. That life made sense to him. I mean, he was made for it.

Ryan became an infantryman with the first infantry division and he worked his way up to

staff sergeant. He did multiple tours in Iraq and he wasn't

just known. He was respected. He was the kind of guy you wanted next to you when things got bad and
