Jones is unbroken because he is Chuck. He is unbroken. Yes, he is, which as you pointed out

earlier is a heck of a thing to say about a guy who's missing both his legs, but he is

fully intact otherwise and a really smart guy, really smart guy knows a lot and shares a lot of

what he went through in the Marine Corps, which is different than the military as he points out.

That was almost our title, by the way. He said, I wasn't in the military. I was in the Marine Corps.

Yeah. And he's not the first Marine to say that. I almost said former Marine, also of which

there is no such thing. There's no such thing as that. Yeah. If his face rings about, it's probably

because he's seen him on Fox News. He's been a contributor there and now he's he's on the five.

He just filled in a couple of weeks ago in the eight o'clock slot. I was a guest on his show. I've

I've met him three or four times, probably more than that. And recently, I've had a chance to

talk to him on the air, but it's never really satisfying to tell you the truth. I mean, no, you

don't get enough time. It's like five minutes. It takes me 10 minutes to say hello. And he's a

storyteller too. I mean, this conversation you're about to hear is among my favorites because it's

it's very honest. You know, look, this guy got blown up in Afghanistan back 2010, early August,

lost his legs. His hand was dangling almost almost lost his hand. Yeah. I got that reattached. I

don't know. I don't know. The only guy I know who's been blown up worse than triple J is Travis

Mills, who's also been on this podcast. And both of these men are so similar. I don't care how many

layers you peel back. There's there's just not an ounce of self pity. They're filled with empathy.

They're filled with gratitude. They're filled with life and passion and purpose. And God, I mean,

it just sounds so earnest talking about them. I hate that about myself, but I love these guys.

Joey's a funny guy though too. He can make some jokes about it as well, which is great.
