Okay, so we're going to do a series on over-thinking.

You're over- overthinking when you're sick.

I'm thinking so much about making creative stuff that you're not actually making creative

stuff.

You know, I've just recently had this burden on me to make sure that my podcast does

not become an excuse not to make all of these ideas that I'm sharing every single week.

They're not gospel truth.

They are prompts.

They are something that hopefully stokes the flame and gets you creating.

So I started, you know, I'm such an over-thinker.

You know, I define overthinking as when you think more than you do.
