I get just tons of questions for the podcast, but I will just acknowledge and share that a

massive theme that I'm seeing in the questions that you're asking me is around how to cope,

how to cope with boundaries, how to cope with struggles around identity, sense of self,

that kind of like heavy, sticky stuff. And whenever I see a big spike in a theme, I feel like

it's important for me to acknowledge it because it may be valuable for you to know that if you're
