Good morning and welcome back to the morning mindset edition of the

liberal change podcast my name my name is Carrie Green and I laugh when I say

that because I'm really nobody.

I'm just another person like you who's struggling, striving, searching

how to be more of a devoted Christ follower than I am today.

That's what I want for my life. I want to

in this life with my eyes firmly fixed on Jesus Christ, entering into eternity,

seeing him in all his glory, content that I've done everything possible in this life to live it

according to his will.

And that may sound like a bunch of mumbojumbo to you.

I mean, come on, here we are in this everyday life with the realities of life and death and

cancer and struggles and it can sound kind of pie in the sky to talk about this God out there

somewhere. But I'm here to tell you man I have

experienced it to be true. I've seen his hand at work. I have experienced his

miracles. It's an amazing thing. If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ I want to encourage you

don't wait another day before you explore what it means to know him in a

personal way. Well this morning mindset is my attempt and encouraging others

who are on the path just like I am to pursue Jesus Christ with all your heart and it

starts by getting your mind oriented in the right

direction every day when you wake up. That's why I call this the morning

mindset even though of course you can listen to this any time in the day, this is a chance for us to just

get our minds oriented in the right direction, thinking rightly according to the way God thinks
