Good, we are recording this episode shortly before Christmas, so by the time you receive this,

there will have already been Christmas.

As my husband put it this morning, it's Christmas Eve Eve.

What do you call it, the penultimate after before penultimate?

I call it the day that all of the baking occurs.

We're making truffles today, so that's the plan, chocolate truffles.

That is far more exciting.

Oh, I know, they're so easy. It's super easy.
