My cat would and I had a new Swolpetrol.

That's one that's got me on the stupid crazy diet.

If you've listened to that at all, we had Mark Smellybelling, his brother on the podcast,

and they convinced me to start lifting heavy, heavy weights again with the idea that it

would help me with my joint and back complaints and things, and lo and behold, it did.

Then I quickly gained a ton of weight and then they convinced me to do a super low carbohydrate

diet, which is something I had done over the years.

Man, I felt good again doing that.

I felt I couldn't have long, long, long time.

So I just kept doing it.

I'm not recommending it.
