All right, here we go. Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast.

Friday, March 29th, finds you in the studio. A little short intro and some house cleaning here,

and we'll get right into it. This week I'm joined by my good friend and OG host of the Deer Hunter podcast,

Ryan Nevadol, and a little bit of a different vibe here and topic. This week, focused on,

called Ryan, actually totally surprised him. He had no, we'll get into it. You'll hear.

This wasn't pre-plan we uh we just uh recorded one of our

phone conversations and it it worked out great so what we what i did is uh i wanted to pin him down

and talk about his adventure here all over the course of the last three four years ryan

started a heating and cooling business

and has grown it to have employees, and it's a fully operational HVAC company now that is

growing and hiring employees, and you'll hear the whole thing. So this whole thing could be like a mega series

on its own. I've been thinking about having like some business owners on just to talk about things

like this. I feel like it's important. I'm a business owner myself and then, you know, really enjoy

talking to my friends that are business owners and picking everybody's brain.

And you'll just hear there's a lot of value in this and carry over to deer hunting.

It's the mindset thing is really what it is, right?

It's this mindset and you'll hear us talk about that in detail, but it carries over in everything

you do in your life, I can assure you, and especially deer hunting, like being, be willing to do

things that other people aren't willing to do and you're going to find more success than other
