All right, here we go. Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the deer hunter podcast the

date is friday december 15th what do we got here a week till christmas i'm tuning in my audio as

we're getting operational here. It looked like I'm

maybe running a little hot on the front end. Got that figured out. Friday, December 15th,

we got a week till Christmas. It's by all definitions. Late season. It's like late. It's like

two minute warning, no timeouts, down by two scores. It's late.

But there's still some time and there's still some opportunity here in Michigan.

I know most states are similar. Some are longer, some are shorter. Some of you guys go for

another month. I don't know the details about all that, but what I do know

is that I plan on still getting out, doing a little bow hunting. For the most part, we're done

with muzzleloader here in the state of Michigan. There's a private land antlerless opportunity

till the end of this month. So I do have access to some private land. I wouldn't mind

shooting another dough with my muzzleloader. So I'm not writing that off. But what I've been thinking

about is bow hunting. Really, we look like we're going to have somewhat favorable mild

temperatures. It's not going to be bitter, bitter cold. So if we get some days where it's,

the last couple days has just been super windy, and I'm not super interested in sitting up in a

tree in the wind, this time of year, does the, I'm good. I'll wait until a nice weather day,

but I'm watching some deer and watching some food sources. And the next good weather

day we get in the afternoon, I'm going to be slipping in somewhere, man. Like, I'm, heck yeah,
