is going out where the whole world is in a very strange place and this has presented some unique

challenges to everyone who is a coach not only in terms of the economics of that and having

not being able to have a physical place to work,

whether you own a gym, whether you're a personal trainer, whether you have a nutrition consultancy,

all those barriers that you now don't have that operational,

and you may have to have adapted to move a lot of those people online, but even beyond that

for online programming, this now means if you are doing training programming, for example,

you are undoubtedly have various different degrees of equipment availability for your various different clients,

that are in place in their location. On a nutrition side, there's a lot of challenges here too.

The fact that we have this complete upheaval of our schedules and normal routines always presents

a challenge for our normal nutritional habits.

Now the times of day we're eating are going to be probably changed.

We're going to have maybe some anxieties and fears that may play a role in, some emotional eating.
