This was a Facebook Live slash live stream that I did, I think last week week and it's a timely message isn't it how many of us

Need to know that we don't have to lose ourselves this holiday that we can be

socially engaged having fun enjoying the holiday without going off the rails into a sugar coma.

Anyone? Well that's what this teaching is going to tell you today.

We're gonna do practical things.

I will talk do's, I will talk don't.

You will leave with some tips, and I'm hoping that you will put one or more into practice and

set yourself up for the new year in a really good, and whole way.
