Summary

Happy Friday Beauty Byters!

In this week’s Five Minute Friday, I am talking about hormones and how they affect your body, specifically your skin. Skin is one of the bodies largest organs, and hormones affect skin differently at different ages. You have better skin thickness in your 20s and 30s because of high estrogen levels. As you age and enter menapause, your estrogen levels drop and skin sensitivity increases, as well a decrease in collagen production. Hormones are also responsible for your increase in sexual drive/ changes in behavior. Want to find out how they affect your libido and mood, then tune in to todays podcast! If you have a question or something you’d like covered on the podcast, send me a DM or email info@beautybydrkay.com and I’d be happy to respond!
