0:48.9	this week Abby is taking the week off. We both took last week off. As some of you know, we've shared on
0:54.9	social media and I talked about it in the last news video. We've had sort of a difficult time
0:59.6	over the last couple of weeks. First of all, which seems totally insignificant. Now, our entire
1:06.4	family got really sick over the course of a week. One after another of us just
1:11.9	really got very, very ill to the point where our throats were very sore and talking was not really an option.
1:21.0	So we were taking a week off anyway and gosh that seems a lifetime ago at this point because now what we're doing is grieving. We have a great friend who we lost recently to a hit and run driver our friend
1:40.5	back Pennington who's a back home friend of Abbey is from the Kansas City area.
1:45.4	Abbey's known her for over 30 years. I feel like I've known her as long but I've only
1:49.6	known her for 16 or 17. Beck was out on a walk in her neighborhood
1:56.5	picking up trash from the roadside.
2:00.0	And she was struck by a hit and run driver and who's now been caught and is being charged and all that.
2:12.3	But back went to the hospital with severe head trauma and Abby rushed to
2:18.4	Kansas City to be with her and her husband and her three children and all of their friends and family.
2:30.8	And she didn't make it. They had to pull the plug on on last Friday. But as an
2:40.9	organ donor, she's already saved the lives of four people.
2:45.0	So there's at least a small silver lining to a really sad cloud that's been hanging over our family for the last several days.
