We wanted to make the absolute best upland hunting boot on the market.

We thought that that was something that was kind of lacking as far as the boot world. There wasn't really anything that, like there was a lot of boots that would work and they would probably do a really good job, but there was nothing that was like the perfect up one hunting boot. So for us to build that boot, we already had a couple ideas. So we get on the phone with the Italians and their R&D team,

and we kind of tell them exactly what we think needs that boot, we already had a couple ideas. So we get on the phone with the Italians and their

to the drawing table and create a couple different designs. And we kind of just go back and forth a little

bit until we think that we have what we want. And they send us over a couple samples. We usually

test it for a

year or two years.

about this we are recording this on july 9th so we have officially rounded the bend after the 4th of

july i like to think it's sort of all downhill from here thinking about hunting season and fall. Oh, yeah, definitely. That's all that's been on my mind recently. Even going up pitching, I'm like, man, one of their birds up there. Heck yeah. Well, we're going to talk plenty of hunting today. And specifically, Boots, we got Lars Henderson from Krispy USA with us today on the podcast, conversation I've been looking forward to. We're going to get into that for sure. But what kind of trouble you get up to in the summer? What keeps you busy this time of year? Man, this time of year, all I'm doing really is fly fishing. Basically from the end of trucker season, February 15th, up until September 1st. Every weekend, I'm either fly fishing or out on the boat somewhere.

It looks like you're maybe at Krispy USA HQ there, where you guys located?

Yeah, so we're based out of Utah, just south of Salt Lake City here in Linden.

So everything for North America comes directly here, right here in HQ.
