Now so I started working out and I am like pregnant tired like and I'm pretty sure I'm not

pregnant so I'm just curious if you have any sort of like suggestions or

messing anything up but when we think of energy we think caloric balance so your

output and now the output has really ramped up and the input may or may not have changed

a whole lot so we're in a caloric deficit which means that we are

burning more than what we're putting in which is the whole that's part of the weight loss game

it's not everything but it's part of it. So it's going to freak out a little bit so your energy will dip. You might get some
