0:00.0 | I want to talk about something that I often talk about. |
0:06.4 | The reason I talk about it often is because we forget it. |
0:11.5 | We forget it constantly. |
0:13.2 | That topic is slowing down, right? |
0:16.5 | So, you know, whenever I get into a zone of working on something, I'll go through these different periods, |
0:25.6 | these cycles. |
0:29.0 | And I generally get into this momentum. |
0:31.2 | And I think it seems like a lot of people do this, right? |
0:33.8 | Where you go through a period of sort of like just keeping everything in maintenance mode |
0:41.3 | just kind of maintaining and then you focus on something more of the next thing is that you're going |
0:48.2 | to work towards and charge up and and start gaining this momentum and you get into the zone of doing and doing and doing and creation |

1:33.1 | headspace shifts into a different direction when we're in one of these powerful |
1:38.8 | momentum of outputting energy, that it almost like erases our memory in a weird way. |
1:46.4 | It's like all of the stuff that we were doing whenever we were in the rest mode, we kind of |
1:51.4 | forget about because we were so focusing out into the habit of doing all these other things |
