Hello, my favorite people. Welcome back to the Balance Plod Podcast Solon Fire.

I'm so happy that you're here and I am excited to have today's guest on the show.

Today we have the lovely, the beautiful, the extremely talented Mimi Bouchard

back on the show. She was first on a couple years ago and we did that show virtually.

So this was our first time meeting in person and it was very special and I walked away from

this feeling like we really connected. I saw her face, shape, shift, we did her show, we did my show.

We just hit it off in a way that felt really wonderful to connect and sometimes, oftentimes on this

show, I get to have conversations with people that leave me feeling like I cannot believe this is

my job. I cannot believe I get to show up record with these people who inspire me, who are amazing,

who are just talented in doing these incredible things in the world and call this a job.

Because let me tell you, some conversations are harder and some conversations definitely make it

feel like, whoa, that was hard. That was a lot. It's just a lot of emotional energy, especially

such a highly sensitive person. But this conversation with Mimi was the opposite of that. It was so

organic, it was so natural. I see so much of myself in her at a younger age. She's almost 27. I

believe she said, I'm 32 and we both kind of grew up in the public eye, not only being bloggers and

podcast hosts, but also in the space of spirituality. I love everything that she's doing with her super
