Well guys, you're in for a treat or the weirdest podcast you've ever listened to.

I thought it would be fun to bring my dear friend Asan onto the show to chat.

Those of you who have been to a rise conference before know Asan as Asan the DJ and you have

danced to his music, you've left his jokes.

You know that he is as much a part of the structure of one of our events as I am.

And as we prepare for tour, which we kick off in about three weeks now, thought it would

be fun to have him come on and chat and catch up and talk about the shows and what we're

putting together.

But even more than that, I just thought it'd be cool to bring on my friend and have a real

conversation.

So it isn't an interview, it's a chat and it's very much the exact kind of conversation

that Asan and I have when we're together, which goes all over the place.

We talk about breaking up with someone.

We talk about social constructs like marriage or believing that you have to go to college

or whatever other ideology that we buy into because it's the way that we were raised.

We talk about unconscious bias and how it's written into the algorithm and the code and

we do.

Yes, absolutely get into a conversation about simulation theory.

All of that happens before we actually remember to talk about tour.

So if you want to hear us chat about anything and everything, this is the episode to listen

to while you do something else.
