Hey, friends. Hey friends what's up. How are you doing? I know the content schedule has been a little light lately. We had no episode out on Wednesday. I want to update you on a few things

and share with you where I've been the past week.

First, let me just say, it feels so good to be back

in my studio with the lights on.

Last week I was traveling to Denver, Colorado.

I was attending an event called Theology Beer Camp,

and I'll unpack that because it was actually really amazing

and gave me so much hope for so many reasons.

But also, I just wanted to get personal for a few minutes.

One thing you'll learn about either watching or listening to our content

is that I don't like this influencer attitude where someone like me is always on camera in their personality and is never personal or never tells you about how tough life can be right because let's face it for all of us life can be, right? Because let's face it, for all of us, life can be really tough. And so here was my situation. Here's why content's been so kind of wacky, at least for me, it feels like it's been wacky on the back end.

So like I said, last week I left Wednesday for Denver, Colorado.

However, my partner, Sarah, who's amazing.

We've been together now for about eight years.

We've been married for eight years together for ten.

She went to our biannual friendscation. So every other year, us and about 20 to 30 of our friends we rent a massive house in the outer banks in the

off season this house is huge it's pretty much in a mansion every room has its

own king-sized bed its own own master bedroom, its own master bathroom.

It has shower, everything.

It's really cool.

It has an arcade, it has a pool with the Lazy River.
