guys today we are going to do something that I haven't done in a while we're going to

give you a real talk episode if you listen to the MFCO project it's going to kind of

out what the fee is but I want to get into this because I think it's important it's

something it's on my heart and it's something that I think a lot of you younger people

especially in business need to understand and what it is is it's managing your own intentions

through your feelings for other people okay and what I mean by that is this you know

every time I go speak I spend you know lots of my years of my life public speaking I don't

do it as much anymore but I do it occasionally still and every time I get in a Q&A scenario

I always get these questions about haters or how to deal with haters and I want you to

understand something I want you to understand that the reason that you feel like everybody

hates you is because you hold resentment for other people and they're success in your

heart that's it okay you look at other people and you feel a little bit jealous sometimes

and this is natural I'm not criticizing I want you to understand and be aware of this

because this counterproductive to your success all right when you look at someone and you

say man that guy's got it all or that girl's got it all or they're killing it or they're

this and that and this and you feel jealous about it that is a that is a feeling and that

is an intent that will keep you from getting where it is you want to go all right it is
