Great to have you here. So where did you grow up?

I grew up just outside of Center City, Philadelphia,

You know, grew up with a single mother, 35th in Alle. and I had an

And I had an opportunity to move out of there

for high school to a marginally better neighborhood in Manneunk and at that point I stumbled upon a job when I was 16 at a fine dining restaurant called Jake's restaurant which is still there on Main Street today and I was brought into the world of fine wine and serious cuisine.

before that. No, not unless we consider Mad Dog 2020 a flavor. Now we were in a neighborhood that was devoid of any you know food culture and certainly

No plan to go in the restaurants.

My plan was to become a teacher and I stumbled into the restaurant.
