The biggest difference between a great manager and an average manager is the output of their teams and whether or not that can be sustained over time.

And so, again, you got to, like, management is contextual, right? Leadership is contextual, you know, you're getting a group of people together and you want them to do some work together, you know, whether it's produced great design work or help educate a generation of students and to be prepared for the world or to create a great business.

And so a great manager is going to consistently get better outcomes from that group of people working

together than an average manager or a bad manager.
