The biggest difference between a great manager and an average manager is the output of their teams and whether or not that can be sustained over time.

Leadership is contextual, you know, you're getting a group of people together and you want them to do some work together, you know, whether it's produced great design work or help educate a generation of students and to be prepared for the world or to create a great business.
