Feeling stuck after loss looks different than most people imagine. You're functioning, checking off your to-do list, and everyone thinks you're doing well. They tell you how strong you are. But inside, you're watching your life happen from the outside, going through the motions without really feeling connected to any of it.
This particular kind of stuckness happens when you're past the point of barely surviving but nowhere near thriving. You might feel detached or foggy, not excited about the future but not wanting to go back to the past either.
Join me this week as I pull back the curtain on what's really happening when you feel stuck after loss, and more importantly, why you don't have to stay there.

1:25.6 | I know we can. Last week, we talked about something |
1:28.9 | called the invisible ceiling and how we can unknowingly limit what we believe is possible for us |
1:34.4 | after loss and how a lot of us are doing this. And we looked at how belief patterns just kind of |

1:50.1 | They keep us stuck underneath this ceiling. So if you haven't listened to that episode, |
1:53.7 | definitely go check it out as soon as you're done with this one. But if you've been feeling |
1:57.5 | flat or disconnected or kind of like you're just going through the motions, |
2:01.2 | you are not alone. I get asked that all the time. Is something wrong with me? Is this normal? |
2:06.3 | And I just want to tell you, gosh, like, there's really nothing that isn't normal in grief. Now, |
