these emergency podcast people that records right after the show ends. And so I just wrangle in

Doing well.

In a minor state of basketball hangover, I think that Nuggets Thunder game last night was the equivalent of having like four mescal margaritas or something.

But I'm ready to go. Drink of choice, the mezcal margaritas or something but i'm ready to go drink of choice

the mescal that might be might be uh yeah let's start there because a lot has happened we're recording this

on saturday right as the celtics have just ended their game against the nick so all of the number one

seeds are down to one in this So all of the number one seeds are down to one in this round.

All of those number one seeds were the quote unquote inner circle title contenders we had all

year. All those number one seeds, 160 games. I don't ever remember a situation like this in the

second round with like three, two maybe even, but three juggernaut teams being up against

it like this. They're all down to one. The nuggets and the thunder to me is the most interesting

of the series. The basketball quality has been absolutely insane. The nuggets were down. Most of

the first game came back, stole it basically, that old cliche about stealing a game.

Although all the points count, all 48 minutes count.

So I've never fully been on board with that one.

But then game two, the Thunder come around, turn around, and they come back and they're up by like 40, the entire game.

I think they win by 43.

They set the NBA playoff record, the entire history of every NBA playoff game
