I just, I don't know if the core strength. I mean, if you're arching your back because you have no core strength, that's a different story. But yeah. I think I'm such a form junkie also because of my like Pilates, you know, background. I will never, if I can't do something right, like I will not do it. Especially like I do not want to mess up my hip flexors. I do not want to miss up my knees. I don't to mess up my back. So like, no, if I'm not going to do a right, I will not do a push-up.
