I think that openness to sharing in order for someone to get to that state.

Partially it's understanding the environment and the people they're with and having a comfort level with them,

but I think what comes before that is the comfort with yourself,

which is partially built through self-awareness

and understanding your life experiences,

but then also when you take actions and that task list that you presented in

alignment with goals that you have and who you want to be I think it becomes

a lot easier to be vulnerable because you're more okay with who you are

because you're not living this contradictory life.
