event and as I had some blame I wanted to put on the referee and so I'd say like

you know like I ruined my life and really I'm the one to blame there. You know I

shouldn't let it be be that close or be in that situation and it it changed me

and knocked me down a peg or two it humbled me and now I'm in a place where I

look back on it and I'm okay with it. We can adore anything and adapt and pivot

and change. Wrestling give us that ability. I would say nothing in life is

impacted me or the things wrestling has taught me in terms of self-reflection

resilience. Some guys have it some guys don't adversity 100% how to pick

myself up and be a man after I failed. And everything that is shaped my life

and what I'm at today would not be there without the values and basically the

lessons I've learned to the sport of wrestling. For me wrestling is saying

my life because it allowed me to focus and channel my energy.

Well fortunate if you wrestled because if you wrestled natural talent helps but
