Summary

It’s very likely all have felt this to varying degrees in varying seasons of our lives. One Sunday can feel fine, and the next we feel like everything might catch on fire. So here’s what I’d like to offer. I want to give you a helpful plan for neutralizing the Sunday Scaries.


We’ll start with a three-step calming practice then I’ll give you seven things you could do to make Sundays less scary.

I would assume that that stress has existed for you at some point in your life.

And because there are so many contributing factors to that anticipatory stress, the more
