0:26.2	And so you live, you live in Texas where it's hot.

0:40.5	grew up in austin texas myself although i live in upstate new york now but uh that's a that's a
0:46.5	that's kind of a relief from from a lot of days in the dead of summer though 91's kind of like
0:51.7	almost refreshing for you. Indeed.
0:55.0	Originally from Kentucky, we moved down here about two years ago.

1:00.9	So we did an adventure in 2022.
1:04.1	A bit of a culture shock from a temperature perspective or weather perspective based on what we were used to.
1:13.3	So if I might ask what, maybe what prompted you, like was something specific about the Tyler
1:18.0	area or something like that that made you feel like that was where you wanted to be?
1:22.3	I think of it as it came to a point, one, but my spouse is originally from Texas area.
1:32.1	So that helps.
1:33.5	A lot of family down here.
1:36.0	And she had a grandmother that was in the, kind of the mid stages of dementia or Alzheimer's.
