untruths from the past and kind of serial lying and fake news.

Fake news. Fake news. Yeah. Which isn't just recently coined phrase as people might think,

which is one of the things I learned today listening to your podcast today, Jill.

The name, fake news, the label has been around since the first world war.

Well, it really comes for the second world war. So it's what the British called Nazi radio.

Since the Nazi radio broadcast was often really presenting itself as a news broadcast.

And of course, it was just a bunch of propaganda. Yeah, but then, but then propaganda.
