I hope you guys are ready for whatever you bring into the new year, your resolutions,

whatever you're left in the old year. We're ready to go to. Yeah, all that good stuff. I normally don't do like New Year's resolutions or anything like that. But for some reason this year, I just made a list. I was like, what are there? Because sometimes you have things that you kind of want to prove on, but you don't want to like a resolution. You just want to kind of bring it to the forefront so you can kind of be aware of like your own shortcomings. And like you sit down and don't lie to yourself about things you are going to do and things you aren't going to do and things like that. And there are certain things that I know that I'm kind of lazy about. I just don't want to do their they're inconvenience, whatever the case may be. I'd be making excuses kind of in my own brain about these things. Like everybody else, you have your own anxieties, you know, those things that kind of get in your way, preventing you for being the best version of yourself. Right. So they're not resolution. just like a list of things that I've kind of noticed about myself that I want to improve one, but they don't have to be like giant improvements. I just want to be better today than I was yesterday or even if it's a one to two to five percent increase of betterness, it's better than what I was doing, which was nothing, if that makes sense. So I, because I feel like that way I don't put pressure on myself. I don't feel any form of

disappointments when I don't hit these marks, because I don't really have like marks or milestones

or things, you know what I mean, things like that. I just say, okay, these are things that I'm

seeing. What can I do to adjust and adapt around these things without putting the pressure on myself. I got to do it. I got to do it. You know what I mean? Type of thing that a lot of people do when it comes to the resolution. Because some people are great at Resilance. They can write a resolution and keep that's great. That's not me. so that's why I just don't do them. Because I personally feel like it's a waste of my time because I'm lying to me
